Called my house and my husband's cell phone and said they were the law and legal department. My husband called them back and they said they would not talk to him as the situation involved me. My husband said if it involved me, it involved him because they called his cell phone. They said I put him down as a reference. Why would I put my husband as a reference? They said they had a lawsuit against me but would not state about what.

Calls several times a day on my cell phone and attempts to leave a message but always cuts out.

Swearing on answering machine

These people have called me at work saying if I don't call back within 3 hrs. I will be served. told them to stop calling at work. they have my address and my phone number and they have been calling everyone and there brother looking for me. They have yet to send me anything by mail to validate what they are harassing me for.

They called here looking for my mother who is in a nursing home. When I told them I was her daughter they hung up on me. When I tried to call them back to see what they wanted with my mother, I only got a message, "thank you for calling customer service, we will be with you shortly."
